I don't know what the old one was, but the current one with diagonal lines works perfectly. It is not distracting at all. However, I think the main colors of the forum (not the background) should be a tad bit darker.

A tad bit darker eh? ... hmm I'm working on another skin .. (slowly but surely lol) I think the second skin will blow this one out  hopefully lol |

Alright when you release it just keep this one available (so people can choose). Then have a poll on which one is better.
