What would be your most favorite OS that you have used/own?
For me it would be Xubuntu as it is great and have always used it. I find it perfect for my needs and uses. I am also a big fan of Windows XP Home edition!

Whats Xubuntu? ... lol .. I agree with XP home though ... I love Leopard but soon I want to get Snow Leopard and Windows 7  I have Vista Ultimate and it's ok

I don't even like the look it is... I wouldn't mind trying Windows 7 but again I dislike the look of the task bar as it looks too chunky.

I haven't used a Linux based OS yet ... maybe I should try? lol The only thing is there is no GUI for the OS hence why it is mad faster than all other OS around. If your going to try it pick a few of them as they are all different and suited to other peoples needs. They are also all free so you don't have to panic. Lol.

Where are the downloads located? Depends what OS your looking for... a quick google of blablabla download will be the best bet

Cool. It's much different from windows... it will be hard to understand everything to start with as it's all done in the terminal of the OS... also no GUI... really good program though!

Operating systems aren't programs, but... I use Mandriva One Linux 2009.1 ( www.mandriva.com ) Linux is the best.
