So many options out there . . . Haha. I know all the main ones. I know they're all designed for the same purpose. But which one is the best? Takes up least amount of space or whatever, doesn't slow everything I'm doing down and/or interrupt me, and stops everything before it does anything so that it won't even have to get rid of it? Ugh. I can't decide. Help?

Well depends on your OS too I'm guessing you have a PC? ... I like AVG free for obvious reasons lol .. but when I do decide to use my PC side of my mac a lot I good for the top 10 antiviruses lol... Bit Defender worked good for me as well as Kaspersky... I don't reccommend Norton though .. extremely slow ..

I used to use avg but it started to delete my system files. Linux doesn't suit my needs. Would try bitdefender.

I used to use AVG but started having a lot of problems with it, so now I’m use Avast.I've been using it several months and find it easy to use. And it has many features you will have to pay for in other systems. Avast is the best out there at the moment.

I recommend Avast antivirus is the best one. It has power to recognize all infecting files and destroy those files.

I use Kaspersky 2011, it’s really a good antivirus program but it require more amount of RAM than the other anti-viruses.

Kaspersky is the single best anti-virus available today. It has excellent heuristics, high virus detection rate and faster scanning options. Also it is light on using your computer's resources.

I have used so many virus protections but Avast is the best guard I could recommend for anyone. Well Kasperkey is another good guard. But since we have to pay for them I guess Avast is really good since it’s free.
